This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a vacancy for a **Port Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Palma de Mallorca**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring cargo hold capacities on each vessel and vehicle registration details for boarding, ensuring proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the schedule to the office. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre-boarding and boarding areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. **Schedule:** rotating shifts (typically from 06:00 to 13:00\) with one and a half days off. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
