We serve all our customers — from individuals to large corporations, from prototypes to mass production, from small clips to large structures — always based on personalized, individualized attention to achieve the product that best meets our customers’ requirements and needs. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** --------------------------------------------- The responsibilities for this position will be carried out within the Planning Department, in collaboration with the Planning Director and Production Director. * Prepare and update the production schedule for each order * Monitor and analyze departmental workloads and propose action plans when necessary * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and stock levels * Coordinate requirements with the Purchasing, Production, Commercial, and Logistics departments * Optimize resource utilization and workload distribution (e.g., grouping orders, materials, or thicknesses) * Develop planning KPIs and reports **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Administration and Management, Administrative Management, or similar field * Advanced knowledge of Excel * Prior experience in production planning or industrial administration is desirable * Familiarity with ERP systems for production management is desirable * Strong analytical, organizational, and interdepartmental coordination skills * Excellent communication skills **What We Offer You:** --------------------- * Opportunity to join an established, growing metal-sector company * Permanent contract * Salary: €28,000 \- €30,000 gross/year * Workplace: Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona) ### **Any More Questions?** Contact our Human Resources Department T: **\+34938655620** ### **Address** Carrer de les Borges Blanques, s/n, 08140 Caldes de Montbui, Barcelona
