Description
**Job Mission**: Coordinate and support operational management safely and efficiently, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined results for the site and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and coordinate the assigned team, ensuring proper performance while maintaining required standards in safety, motivation, and commitment.
* Coordinate day-to-day performance, including achievement of KPIs agreed with customers as well as internal KPIs (e.g., safety, operations, etc.).
* Participate in hiring, evaluation, disciplinary actions / dismissals, and provide necessary recommendations to ensure correct operational performance.
* Coach team members to improve performance.
* Provide operational performance results information to the team.
* Execute and coordinate compliance with processes up to date, work instructions, standardized procedures, and related forms to achieve intended results.
* Support customers, internal audits, and regulatory operational audits as required, and assist in implementing agreed action plans.
* Support the team in following safety standards and help reduce or eliminate operational risks.
* Conduct basic on-site investigations of workplace incidents and promptly report non-compliance issues regarding safety regulations and procedures.
**Required Profile**:
* Availability to work rotating shifts 24/7\.
* Minimum three years’ experience as an Operations Coordinator leading teams in logistics, industrial, or multinational company environments.
* University degree, Higher Vocational Training qualification, or equivalent education is desirable.
* Planning, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
* Ability to build trust and maintain close relationships with teams.
* Consistent presence on the operational floor, acting as an accessible point of reference for team members.
* Active listening and sensitivity to identify needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Ability to foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
* Ability to drive team engagement and a sense of belonging.
* Experience implementing and monitoring engagement, recognition, and workplace climate initiatives.
* Ability to communicate purpose and connect operational objectives with each individual’s contribution.
* Ability to manage pressure situations while maintaining focus on people and results.
* Skill in constructively managing incidents, conflicts, and organizational changes.
* Intermediate/advanced English level (B2\). Desirable.
