About the position A major company in the renewable energy sector seeks to hire a Monitoring Technician to join its photovoltaic plant operations and control team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising installation performance using monitoring and telecontrol systems, ensuring maximum asset availability and production, as well as proper incident management and tracking. This is a stable position within a rapidly growing company with international presence and strong expansion plans in the renewable energy sector. Your main responsibilities will include: \* Monitoring and telecontrol of photovoltaic installations. \* Management and tracking of operational alarms and incidents. \* Preparation of management reports and performance indicator (KPI) tracking. \* Coordination with in-house maintenance staff and partner companies. \* Tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. ### **Requirements** \* Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Renewable Energies, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical fields. \* Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in monitoring industrial or energy installations. \* Knowledge and hands-on experience with SCADA systems. \* Analytical skills and ability to resolve incidents. \* Communication and coordination skills with technical teams. Desirable qualifications: \* Prior experience in the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector. \* Knowledge of operation and maintenance of electricity generation installations. \* Experience tracking performance and availability indicators. \* Intermediate proficiency in office software, especially Excel. \* Knowledge of telecontrol and remote facility management. ### **Offered** \* Permanent contract and stable project. \* Fixed annual gross salary between €22,000 and €24,000. \* Intensive 8-hour workday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, on-site mode. \* Continuous training and professional development. \* Periodic salary reviews. \* Personal and emotional wellbeing program. \* Flexible compensation plan. \* Opportunity to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector, with international presence and a solid growth plan.
