Maintenance Technician

It leads the development of innovative infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. **ROLE** A technical, versatile, and solution-oriented professional capable of working autonomously, managing incidents, and coordinating with external providers. Prior experience in CPDs, data centers, critical facilities, industrial buildings, or telecommunications installations—as well as technical English proficiency—will be valued. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervision and maintenance of CPD electrical installations: electrical panels, * UPS/standby power supplies, batteries, diesel generators, and transfer systems. * Supervision and maintenance of air conditioning and cooling systems: CRAC/CRAH units, direct expansion equipment, and auxiliary systems. * Monitoring via BMS/DCIM and alarm management. * Supervision of fire protection systems, CCTV, access control, and other building installations. * Execution and follow-up of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Incident response, diagnosis, and follow-up of faults and anomalies. * Conducting periodic inspection rounds of the facilities. * Coordination and supervision of maintenance contractors and external providers. * Control of work orders, spare parts, and inventory. * Monitoring of electricity and HVAC consumption, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Preparation and updating of reports, procedures, and technical documentation. * Interpretation of drawings, electrical schematics, and As\-Built documentation. * Compliance with established safety and occupational health and safety (PRL) procedures for critical facilities. * Low-voltage electricity and basic medium-voltage knowledge. * UPS/standby power supplies, batteries, and diesel generators. * Air conditioning and refrigeration. * BMS and monitoring systems. * Fire protection systems. * Basic knowledge of networks, fiber optics, and structured cabling. * Proficiency in GMAO/CMMS tools. * Microsoft 365: especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. * Interpretation of technical drawings and schematics. * Knowledge of REBT, RITE, and PRL regulations. * Analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and results-oriented attitude.
