Our purpose is to ensure universal access to clean, efficient, and high-quality energy. **Do you share our energy?** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the production process * Train new hires and the team on new tasks * Collaborate in the industrialization of new products (prototypes, pre-series, etc.) * Assist the team in working according to established procedures * Resolve issues arising in products or processes * Help the team identify waste and improvement opportunities, and drive their implementation * Monitor manufacturing progress and balance workload to achieve production plans with maximum efficiency * Co-lead the daily manufacturing meeting together with the coordinator * Report and track defects and rejections * Collaborate in people team management * Supervise material and production resource status within their cell and take necessary actions **Requirements:** * Ideally, FP II in Electricity and Electronics; other higher vocational training programs (CFGS), FP II, or equivalent qualifications will also be considered * Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes.
