Join our team and help make every stay unforgettable! **What are we looking for?** A passionate, creative, team-oriented, and dedicated **Kitchen Assistant**, who shares our enthusiasm for gastronomy and wishes to contribute to the success of our outstanding team by participating in culinary preparations across various outlets, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service, with the following responsibilities: * Perform basic preparations, as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations assigned to you. * Prepare and present national and international dishes, following learned instructions. * Ensure the highest quality in food handling, storage, and presentation. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in proper ingredient stock management, reporting any shortages or quality issues to your supervisor. * Collaborate in preparing special hotel events, always under the direct supervision of your supervisor and in accordance with previously established guidelines. * Maintain your work area and equipment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. * Inform your direct supervisor of any anomalies detected in your work area. * Strictly comply with occupational risk prevention regulations. **The following qualifications are essential:** * Vocational training in Culinary Arts and/or related studies (valued) * Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year performing these duties; experience in hotels of equal or similar categorization is valued * Food Handler’s Certificate * Immediate availability to start * Availability to work rotating shifts If you identify with our commitment to excellence and wish to become part of our culinary family, we look forward to meeting you very soon!
