Description
This position has the mission of attending to visitors and the general public of the center, providing assistance to visiting individuals as well as responding to any information requests they may make, and supporting activities that may take place at the museum or monument.
Responsibilities include: • Attending to the center’s visiting public and providing information on opening hours, activities, possible itineraries, events, etc. • Handling calls related to booking and reservation of visits, jointly with administrative staff • Managing ticket sales and other activities, including subsequent control • Selling museum-related merchandise • Entering data into the relevant databases • Reporting incidents and service complaints from visitors • Monitoring facilities and displayed collections, including access control • Supporting preparation of spaces for public-oriented activities
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in customer service. Office software knowledge. Catalan language certification (level B2)
* LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH DIPLOMA
* Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate)

* Temporary employment contract (1 month)

* Gross monthly salary ranging from '100' to '500'
