Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to provide administrative support in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, with a focus on occupational risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Support in occupational risk prevention and indicator monitoring. 2. Assistance in documentation and operational management of Quality and Environment. 3. Flexible working hours and professional development within a multinational company. What will you do on a daily basis? Health and Safety * Monitoring preventive and corrective actions in occupational risk prevention. * Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and control of departmental procedures. * Assisting with tasks such as health surveillance, CAEs, site visits, and occupational accident follow-up. * Monitoring and reporting Health and Safety indicators to the regional operations team and Central Services. Administrative Support in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety * Assisting with daily documentation and operational management of the department. * Supporting the use and maintenance of quality and environmental management software. * Preparing reports, documentation, activity records, legal requirement tracking, and external platform management. What are we looking for? * Education and/or experience in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail. * Proactivity, autonomy, and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Proficiency in office tools and reporting environments. * Prior experience in operational or multinational environments is valued.
