Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Expert to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making within an international digital media company. Participate in projects to improve financial processes. **RightHand**, a company specialized in digital talent acquisition and recruitment, is supporting the search for a **Finance Expert** who wishes to continue growing and developing professionally within the team of an **international company in the digital advertising, media, and entertainment sector**. The organization operates in a dynamic, global environment, collaborating with international teams and managing financial operations related to marketing, digital content, and media projects. **Responsibilities:** * Lead financial and accounting management of operations in Spain, ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax regulations. * Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger control. * Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy of financial information and adherence to reporting deadlines. * Prepare financial statements (P\&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) and variance analyses against budget and forecast. * Collaborate with business teams (media, marketing, operations, production) by providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes together with department heads. * Supervise AP/AR processes, vendor management, and tracking of payments and collections. * Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, payroll providers, and tax consultants. * Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations (VAT, corporate income tax, statutory reporting, etc.). * Serve as the point of reference for financial tools and ERP systems, contributing to process improvement, automated reporting, and operational efficiency optimization. * Participate in financial process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the finance function. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Prior experience of 5\-8 years in financial or accounting roles. * Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (PGC) and Spanish tax regulations. * Experience in monthly financial closing and financial reporting. * Experience working in international environments or with corporate reporting. * Experience managing AP/AR, accounting reconciliations, and financial controls. * Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools. * Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis tools. * High-level English and Spanish proficiency. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with international teams.
