We are currently seeking Export Operations Officers for immediate incorporation in Madrid, with the following responsibilities: * Initiate shipments by defining loading conditions, shipping line, voyage, carrier, customs broker, and other relevant parameters. * Launch and plan cargo management; coordinate with clients, foreign agents, and local suppliers; monitor shipments and arrivals; handle operational incidents. * Monitor deadlines. Prepare and review import and export documentation (Bill of Lading, packing list, invoices, certificates, etc.). Support customs documentation and dispatch documents to customs agents. * Coordinate shipments with clients. Conduct periodic follow-up on operations. Keep clients and the commercial team informed regarding operational status, incidents, delays, or other changes that may delay or prevent shipment—or otherwise affect pricing or other terms stipulated in the commercial agreement. * Invoice services associated with the operation according to quoted prices per case.
