Because we believe that, to build a better future, we must first do so with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** 1\.\- Participate in order definition meetings upon order entry and in design closure meetings following customer approval of electrical schematics. 2\.\- Manage the electrical design of projects according to criteria defined in meetings, clarifying customer requirements, implementing necessary adjustments, supervising electrical schematics, and updating Baan accordingly—through both external engineering subcontracting and internal execution. 3\.\- Generate customized electrical items in Baan, providing the necessary information and support to suppliers to meet order requirements. 4\.\- Support the ODP manufacturing process by reviewing compliance with customer requests, collaborating on internal and external incidents, promoting product quality, and analyzing and monitoring key issues. 5\.\- Lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) for projects when required. 6\.\- Provide specialized technical support during proposal preparation, technical approval processes (A. Técnica), field installation, incident resolution (SPV), and Development Engineering (A.
