**Positions Available** ---------------------- 8 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 8 Educational Monitors to implement Educational Routes. **Workplace Location** ------------------------ * Community of Madrid Address: Madrid Work will be carried out for 3 days at Tragsatec's offices and for 3 weeks deployed to the corresponding Route. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- * Preparation and review of educational activities * Support for logistical and didactic tasks along the routes * Accompaniment of students and teachers * Support for logistical supervision of the routes * Conducting activities and group dynamics **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsatec Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate's CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (equivalent qualifications officially recognized in Spain), OR possess at least 6 months of professional work experience under an employment contract relevant to the position offered and/or to the duties described. ### **Previous Experience** * At least 1 month of work experience under an employment contract in educational programs or leisure and free-time activities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * A negative certificate regarding sexual offenses. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ---------------------------- ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training as a Leisure and Free-Time Monitor. ### **Previous Experience** * Between 1 and 3 years performing duties as a Leisure and Free-Time Monitor (employment contract required). * Between 2 and 3 months performing duties as a Monitor and/or supporting coordination of educational programs (employment contract required) (to be verified during technical assessment). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (to be verified during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 1 month. + Full-time schedule, Monday through Sunday, according to shift roster. + Work will be carried out for 3 days at Tragsatec's offices and for 3 weeks deployed to the corresponding Route.
