With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue growing rapidly, and we need to strengthen our processes and technology department. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and develop digital applications and solutions aligned with business and user needs. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: definition, development, testing, and production deployment. * Develop Full Stack solutions—from user interface to services and backend logic. * Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to build applications, automations, and data solutions, using modern development methodologies. * Design and work with APIs, databases, integrations, and services. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to transform requirements into technological solutions. * Enhance and evolve existing applications and processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in software or application development. * Proficiency in programming and application development; React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python are especially valued. * Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and Git. \- Experience or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to software development. \- Familiarity with Spec\-Driven Development (SDD) or similar methodologies. * Ability to understand user and business needs and translate them into digital solutions.
