**JOIN THE HYBRIDBOX LA ELIANA TEAM** At **HybridBox La Eliana**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Functional Training, HYROX and/or Crosstraining Instructor** who wants to become part of an established project with a strong sports community. If you enjoy teaching, motivating people, and seek a place where you can continue growing professionally, we’d love to meet you. **What do we offer?** * Contract in accordance with the **National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Sports Facilities and Gyms**. * Weekly working hours of **20, 30 or 40**, either mornings or afternoons, depending on your profile and availability. * Immediate or negotiable start date. * Continuous training and opportunities for career advancement within the center. * Structured programming and our own training methodology. * A young, approachable team with an excellent work atmosphere. **What will your role be?** You will join HybridBox La Eliana’s instructor team and play a key role in shaping our members’ daily experience. Your main responsibilities will include: * Teaching group classes in **Functional Training, Crosstraining and/or HYROX**. * Explaining, demonstrating and correcting exercise technique. * Adapting workouts to all fitness levels. * Motivating and supporting clients throughout sessions. * Implementing the center’s daily programming. * Ensuring safe, dynamic and high-quality workouts. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to maintain service excellence. **What kind of candidate are we looking for?** We seek someone passionate about training and interacting with people. Ideally, you: * Enjoy teaching and motivating others. * Are proactive and eager to keep learning. * Pay close attention to technique and detail during classes. * Know how to work effectively as part of a team. * Want to commit to a stable, continuously growing project. * Preferably reside near **La Eliana or surrounding areas**. **Requirements** The following qualification(s) are mandatory: * TAFAD / TSEAS. * CAFYD (Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences). * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training related to physical activity and sport. * Other solid qualifications related to functional training, strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics, HYROX or sports rehabilitation. **Additional assets we highly value:** * Experience teaching group classes. * Experience working at functional training, crosstraining or HYROX centers. * Ability to manage groups effectively. * Strong communication skills. * Positive attitude and customer orientation. **Who are we?** **HybridBox La Eliana** is a specialized center for hybrid training, Functional Training, Crosstraining and HYROX, where hundreds of people train every day with a shared goal: improving their health and performance in a friendly, professional and motivating environment.
