Recently selected as a Recommended Restaurant in the Repsol Guide 2024 and a city benchmark for sustainability—awarded Best Sustainable Restaurant of the city in 2022 by Barcelona City Council, and holding the Biosphere Sustainable destination certification since 2023, renewed in 2024\. Cuisine with a market soul, since 1950\. ### **Requirements** Minimum two years’ experience in a similar restaurant role is required. Experience and proficiency in the rice station are mandatory. Ability to work across all kitchen stations. A humble and respectful attitude toward colleagues is highly important.
