**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Forestry Foremen/Forewomen \- UPIF (Alicante) in Alacant/Alicante **Workplace** -------------------- * Alacant/Alicante **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule work tasks with the supervisor, being responsible for project progress and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout work. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign the required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Coordinate the team in carrying out assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, fire prevention, and worksite signage; responsible for informing newly hired staff about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachiller, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualifications officially recognized in Spain) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force * Training and experience (through employment contract and/or academic background) in forestry or fire prevention. **Merits (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training of at least 2000 hours in the forestry field * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Certificate for Construction (50 or 60 hours); may also be accredited through PRL training specified in the National Construction Collective Agreement. * Trainer-of-Trainers course or related qualification. * Training in forestry machinery (chainsaw operation, high-altitude pruning, and brush clearing) * Familiarity with and ability to use applications at user level, including Microsoft Office suite: (Word, Excel, Drive and/or Access) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Experience (through employment contract and/or academic background) as a trainer for groups of employees (to be verified during the technical test) * Prior experience (through employment contract and/or academic background) in organizing work teams on site or logistics services (to be verified during the technical test) **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if appropriate and in compliance with the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
