**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect \- Reconstruction Works for Municipalities Affected by Natural Disasters (Province of Valencia) in the Valencian Community **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Supervise and coordinate on-site work, ensuring compliance with the project. * Control execution quality and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Organize work teams and coordinate subcontractors. * Monitor deadlines and planning. * Procurement and request for quotations. * Control and optimize costs. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Foundations (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license Type B (a copy must be attached as proof enabling verification and validation of the driving permit) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in software applications relevant to building projects/drawings/modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, among others). (A supporting document verifying such training must be attached.) * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course qualifying the candidate as a preventive resource. (To validate this merit, a copy must be attached to the application.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional and/or academic experience of 6 months to 1 year performing duties aligned with the candidate’s qualification. (A work history record and/or employment contract must be attached to verify and substantiate professional experience.) * Professional and/or academic experience of 6 months to 1 year in a construction company.
