ABOUT THE ROLE
Position Objective
At our First Stop workshop in Soria, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) to be responsible for customer service, billing, procurement management, and various administrative tasks.
First Stop and Elma are Bridgestone Group subsidiaries in Spain. Together, they manage a nationwide network of approximately 46 service centers, offering comprehensive vehicle maintenance solutions across the country.
First Stop specializes in tires and automotive maintenance services for both individual customers and professional fleets. Our offerings include a full range of products and services such as electronic diagnostics, preventive maintenance, tire replacement, brake and suspension services, timing belts, clutches, air conditioning systems, and oil changes. Additionally, we possess extensive expertise in tire management for light and heavy vehicles.
Committed to quality and safety, First Stop delivers efficient, professional, and customer-oriented service every day.
**Responsibilities:**
The employee performs the following non-exhaustive core duties associated with this position:
Administrative support.
**Incident management and tracking:** spare parts, other matters.
**Customer service (in-person and telephone):** quotations, pricing, commercial assistance, collections, and invoice generation.
Receiving goods.
Managing fleet authorizations (internal and Bridgestone).
Conducting inventory audits.
**Vehicle reception and delivery:** passenger cars.
**Tire inspection on vehicles within the workshop:** visual inspection.
The employee also handles product reception for sale, public interaction, and payment collection for sold items.
Required Qualifications and Experience
**Education, Master’s Degree, Other Qualifications:**
* Vocational training (FP) in Administration (Intermediate Level) or equivalent
**Experience (years):**
* Preferably 2–3 years (not mandatory)
**Technical Skills:**
* Basic computer literacy.
* Microsoft Office suite
**Interpersonal Skills:**
* Communication and people management
* Stress management and proactivity
**Languages:**
* Spanish
* English (intermediate level). Not mandatory.
