Responsibilities: * Assume managerial duties in the absence of the General Manager. * Identify and address staff needs, providing operational support to area managers. * Coordinate with Human Resources on administrative procedures related to personnel. * Supervise team training and performance, ensuring proper coordination across all operational departments. * Oversee construction projects, renovations, inventories, and external services—monitoring timelines, quality, safety, and budget. * Manage revenues, expenses, and invoices, ensuring efficient use of hotel resources. * Maintain open communication with Management, ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and corporate values. * Safeguard the hotel’s reputation by ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s mission and vision. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum two years’ proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry. * Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field—valued; team management and leadership experience required. * Advanced level of English; German and/or French are advantageous. * Advanced Excel proficiency required.
