Responsibilities: * Perform managerial duties in the absence of the director. * Identify and address staff needs and provide operational support to the individuals responsible for each area. * Coordinate with Human Resources the processing of administrative procedures related to personnel. * Supervise team training and performance, ensuring proper coordination across all operational areas. * Oversee construction projects, renovations, inventories, and external services, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety, and budget. * Manage income, expenses, and invoices, ensuring efficient use of hotel resources. * Maintain smooth communication with Management, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, procedures, and corporate values. * Safeguard the hotel's reputation by ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s mission and vision. What are we looking for? * At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a management position within a hotel. * Degree in Tourism, Hotel Business Management, or similar fields. Team management and leadership skills. * High level of English required. Knowledge of another language, German and/or French, will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
