Senior Hydrogen Project Engineer

We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking a **SENIOR ENGINEER** specialized in **HYDROGEN PROJECTS**, to join our team based at our **Madrid** office. **Responsibilities:** * Develop process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P\&ID). * Perform mass and energy balance calculations for hydrogen production systems. * Prepare technical specifications for equipment such as electrolyzers, compressors, cryogenic tanks, etc. * Review all multidisciplinary technical documentation. * Conduct operational risk assessments and regulatory compliance verification. * Provide technical support during tenders. * Coordinate with various multidisciplinary teams and international clients according to project requirements and cross-functional support needs. **Requirements** * Academic degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Renewable Energy or related fields). * Minimum \+5 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in H2 or industrial gas projects. * Experience in R\+D environments, basic and detailed engineering will be considered a strong asset. * Results-oriented mindset. * Fluent English is mandatory (B2 or C1\). * Technical leadership, project management, and teamwork skills. * Clear and effective communication. ###### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and contributions to the team and projects. * Professional development and job stability. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements per company policy. * Opportunity to join a corporate group undergoing active expansion and growth. **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!**
