We primarily operate in **broad areas**: water—offering solutions for both **urban and industrial management**; waste—transforming it into new resources; and enhancing **energy efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions** in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** At **Veolia Spain**, we are looking to hire a Commercial Excellence Manager who will report to the Director of Market Intelligence, Efficiency, and Commercial Marketing, based at our headquarters, preferably located in Alicante, Madrid, or Barcelona. **Responsibilities:** * Leading the Commercial Excellence program and developing its corporate initiatives (e.g., Veolia Sales Academy) in Veolia Spain. * Industrializing Business Development functions for priority water, energy, and waste activities outlined in Veolia Spain’s strategic growth plan, aiming to facilitate the development of strategic markets. * Identifying, developing, and monitoring best practices for business development. * Onboarding new members into commercial teams with personalized follow-up of their development needs. * Individualized tracking of commercial performance and success rate. * Organizing targeted training sessions and webinars focused on business development. * Monitoring the NPS (Net Promoter Score) program and implementing related action plans to improve customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * University degree in **Economics/Finance, Engineering** (Industrial, Civil, Environmental, or similar). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in Business Development. * Skills: **Communication, empathy, and leadership capabilities**, to effectively engage commercial teams and convey knowledge. * **Diagnostic and adaptive capability**, to plan and organize development programs, assess their impact, and ensure results-oriented execution. * Knowledge: Developing presentations and reports. **CRM platforms (Salesforce).** * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. * Availability: for **occasional travel**. * **Work location:** Preferably Alicante, Madrid, or Barcelona. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent employment contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth within the organization.
