




At Higuerón Resort, we are selecting a results-oriented Reservation Agent with strong commercial skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and process individual and group reservations through direct channels, OTAs, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and B2B/B2C platforms. * Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels, providing clear information on availability, rates, policies, and conditions. * Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS. * Verify and keep availability, rates, and restrictions updated according to instructions from the Reservation Manager or Revenue Manager. * Identify errors in rate or inventory loading and report them promptly. * Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and commercial offers. * Manage residence and/or vacation rental bookings, ensuring compliance with defined standards. * Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Commercial, Marketing) to guarantee an optimal customer experience. * Comply with internal procedures and company policies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience of 1–3 years as a Reservation Agent or in similar positions within hospitality or vacation rental sectors. * Knowledge and experience using PMS and Channel Manager systems (RMS is a plus). * Intermediate Excel proficiency and administrative skills. * Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
