We are currently seeking to **hire** a **XXXXXX** for a project in **XXXXXX**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Carry out subcontract management and administration activities on site. * Evaluate contractor productivity, schedule compliance, contract change management, invoicing, and claim prevention. * Prepare and maintain records, reports, or documents required to meet corporate requirements for subcontract management. * Maintain records of contractual communications, including drafting contractual communications with contractors. * Organize and lead meetings with contractors. * Manage and negotiate claims. * Proactively engage with contractors to ensure contract compliance, timely generation of progress reports, schedules, daily status reports, invoices, and supporting documentation. * Close contracts, finalize outstanding contractual matters, issue final modifications and invoices, and coordinate completion of contractor performance evaluations.
