About the company and department
The internship will take place in **Redeia’s People Management Department**, a strategic unit responsible for driving talent management and development policies, aligning organizational needs with regulatory and market changes. The intern will have the opportunity to learn how people-related policies are designed, analyzed, and adapted within a large national organization.
Training objectives
During the internship period, the selected candidate will be able to:
* Learn to analyze people-related data using analytical and visualization tools.
* Develop competencies in preparing and interpreting HR reports and dashboards.
* Understand the processes involved in reviewing and adapting people policies within complex corporate environments.
* Comprehend interactions among different organizational areas (People, Legal Advisory, Systems, and Business) in developing cross-functional projects.
* Enhance communication skills through preparation of documentation, presentations, and internal informational materials.
* Apply methodologies for organizing, analyzing, and managing information in a real business context.
* Become familiar with the impact of regulatory and market changes on people management.
Learning activities
The intern will participate—always under supervision and for training purposes—in:
* Observing and supporting people data analysis and report generation.
* Collaborating in learning the processes of reviewing and adapting people policies.
* Participating in cross-functional projects alongside various organizational departments.
* Supporting the preparation of presentations, documentation, and internal communications.
* Learning to use data analysis and visualization tools applied to the people domain.
Mentoring and follow-up
The internship adopts a fully training-oriented approach:
* A specialized mentor will accompany the intern throughout the entire placement.
* Learning objectives aligned with the candidate’s academic program and the training plan will be defined.
* Periodic progress and competency acquisition tracking will be conducted.
* Continuous feedback will be provided to support academic and professional development.
Candidate profile — Compatible degrees
* Industrial Engineering (Organization)
* Data Science
* Statistics
* Business Administration and Management (ADE), with specialization or interest in data analysis
* Candidates holding any of the above degrees and currently pursuing master’s studies related to Human Resources, People Analytics, or Data Analytics will also be considered.
Technical knowledge
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
* Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be valued
