**Your mission**
Reporting to the HR Directorate and acting as a strategic partner to the Operations Department, the **HRBP** is responsible for aligning the Human Resources strategy with business needs, ensuring correct implementation of HR policies, and providing direct support to the centers under their responsibility.
**The challenges you will face:**
* Aligning the HR strategy with the business strategy across assigned centers.
* Adapting corporate policies to operational realities (HR–Operations bridging role)
* Identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
* Detecting staffing needs (recruitment, training, replacements, adjustments)
* Promoting talent development and identifying internal potential, ensuring proper implementation of performance evaluation processes.
* Collaborating in updating job descriptions
* Advising regional management and center heads on HR matters and providing support for specific actions when needed.
* Monitoring key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, etc.) and managing data to facilitate decision-making
* Ensuring teams are informed and trained on internal procedures, promoting commitment, communication, and feedback.
**What will make you succeed in this role:**
* University degree in Psychology, HR, or Labor Relations.
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position (experience in service companies and the automotive sector is valued)
* B2 level of English is desirable.
* Knowledge of labor law and cross-functional expertise across all HR domains
* Intermediate–advanced Excel skills
* Willingness to travel within Spain
