Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle—from selection and onboarding to performance evaluation and internal communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of personnel selection and recruitment. 2. Support throughout the onboarding process and development of HR policies. 3. Preparation of reports and organization of corporate events. A person is needed for the Human Resources department in Sant Just Desvern. Responsibilities include personnel selection (posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews), recruitment management, and supporting new hires during the onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining and updating employee records, managing working hours, authorizing vacations and leave requests, and reporting medical absences. Additionally, the candidate will draft and update internal departmental procedures, implement HR policies, conduct performance evaluations, and monitor goal achievement. The role requires smooth communication with staff across subsidiaries, preparation of reports, and organization of internal or corporate events. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift from 08:00 to 17:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. **Flexibility to work across two locations:** Sant Just Desvern and Esparraguera. Residence near the workplace is advantageous. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. English \- Advanced * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. \- A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is advantageous.
