Proactive profile focused on continuous improvement We are looking for a **Senior Functional Analyst 3DX** with solid experience in PLM environments and in-depth knowledge of **3DEXPERIENCE**. The ideal candidate will be capable of analyzing, configuring, and optimizing 3DEXPERIENCE applications, managing stakeholders, and communicating results effectively. A proactive profile oriented toward continuous improvement and the ability to train users and internal teams is required. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Functional Analysis:** Gather and document functional and technical requirements, perform AS\-IS / TO\-BE analysis, and conduct business process modeling. * **Configuration and Support:** Customize 3DEXPERIENCE modules, maximize use of out\-of\-the\-box (OOTB) functionalities, and provide Level 2 functional and technical support. * **Evolutionary and Perfective Enhancements:** Participate in defining and executing functional enhancements, and perform perfective maintenance to improve performance and prevent incidents. * **Training and Documentation:** Develop technical documentation and deliver training sessions to key users and internal teams. * **Integration:** Ensure interoperability with corporate systems. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose functional and technical improvement plans, and participate in monitoring and KPI review committees. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst in technology environments, preferably in PLM application maintenance projects. * Solid knowledge of **3DEXPERIENCE** (Mechanical Design, Quality Checks, CATIA, ENOVIA, Data Collaboration, Change Request), with at least 3 years of hands\-on experience. * Experience in **OOTB data model configuration and customization** within 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS. * Skills in **stakeholder management** and effective communication. * English C1 **Desirable Requirements:** * Official Dassault Systèmes certification in 3DEXPERIENCE Configuration and Development Fundamentals. * Experience with **SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps**; SAFe 5 Agilist or equivalent certification. * Knowledge of **JIRA, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Confluence, DEMA (Salesforce)**, and configuration management tools. * Experience integrating via **MuleSoft, Denodo, REST APIs**, and automating functional processes. * Ability to **train and document** processes in a traceable and auditable manner. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule * Participation in strategic PLM projects * Collaboration with multidisciplinary and dynamic teams Location (Hybrid)
