**Mission and Objective**
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, with a particular focus on data protection and compliance systems, contributing to the mitigation of the company’s legal and reputational risks through the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of compliance programs.
**Main Responsibilities**
In Data Protection:
* Supervise compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, LOPDGDD).
* Manage and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RPA).
* Provide advice to various departments on privacy and data protection matters.
* Review third-party contracts from a data protection perspective.
* Conduct risk analyses and carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
* Handle complaints filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
* Support incident response for security breaches.
In Compliance:
* Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the regulatory compliance model.
* Review and update internal policies and procedures.
* Identify, assess, and control compliance risks.
* Monitor action plans and corrective measures.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Prepare monitoring reports for internal reporting and governance bodies.
* Promote a compliance culture within the organization.
**Working Hours:** Full-time **Location:** Madrid
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations.
* Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, or related functions, preferably in corporate or regulated environments.
* General knowledge of compliance systems.
* English level B2 (ability to work with documentation and communications).
* Knowledge of the financial sector and the NPL market is desirable.
**Competencies**
* Technical competencies: Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (Law 10/2010, RD 304/2014), CDD/EDD, risk analysis, alert modeling, and regulatory reporting; ability to manage audits, external experts, and OCI.
* Skills: Organization and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, proactivity, capacity for learning and adaptation, results orientation and problem-solving, strong communication and teamwork skills.
