CDD (fixed-term contract) Weekly Working Hours: 18\.75 hours 28220 Majadahonda, Spain **Our store is recruiting a Versatile Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities as part of the team:** **\- Deliver a unique in-store experience to every customer:** * Warmly welcome each customer * Accompany and retain our customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Offer Maison du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov, etc.) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product and new theme placements to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **\- Contribute actively to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly implement action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets * Boost sales and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Promote and embody brand values** * Serve as a brand ambassador and representative (e.g., know the company’s initiatives and share them with customers) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and closeness, join us!
