CDI Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours 20017 Donostia\-San Sebastian, Spain **Our store is recruiting a Versatile Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities as part of the team:** **\- Deliver a unique in-store experience to every customer:** * Warmly welcome each customer * Support and retain customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Present Maison du Monde services to customers (Alma, Rhinov…) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product placement—including new themes—to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire customers **\- Contribute actively to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly execute action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets * Boost sales and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Embody and promote brand values** * Serve as a brand ambassador (e.g., understand company initiatives and share them with customers) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and closeness, join us!
