We are seeking talented individuals with commercial ambition and enthusiasm to develop their careers in the automobile insurance sector, for our office located near the 12 de Octubre Hospital. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving calls from potential customers INTERESTED in receiving information about car and motorcycle insurance. * Providing expert advice and closing sales. **JOB CONDITIONS:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (30 hours per week).\+ Rotating Saturday mornings (approximately once per month). * Prior training: From August 31 to September 11 (paid and selective), from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (weekends off). * Real job stability: PERMANENT CONTRACT * Attractive salary: Fixed base salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement (€1,098.69 gross/month) \+ Commissions (potentially exceeding €1,000 extra). **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Professional development: Ongoing training through Prosegur University. * Location: Offices with direct access via Renfe, Metro, and Bus. * Real job stability: PERMANENT CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: MANDATORY completion or official recognition of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). * Prior experience in sales or customer service will be considered favorably. **SKILLS**: * Excellent communication and verbal fluency. * Commercial ambition and results orientation. * Proactive profile and commitment to the project.
