MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Answering customer phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Providing initial information and advisory support regarding energy services. * Resolving incidents and routing complaints to the appropriate department. * Post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Customer retention.
