**Sales Manager – Vitoria\-Gasteiz** Are you passionate about sales and eager to advance your professional career? A company in the **meat industry**, located in **Vitoria\-Gasteiz**, is seeking a **Sales Manager** to drive business growth, develop a client portfolio, and generate new commercial opportunities. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual eager to build a long-term career. You will work closely with the Commercial Management team and, depending on your performance, will have the opportunity to progress to the role of **Deputy Commercial Director**, gradually assuming greater responsibilities. **What will be your mission?** * Manage and develop a client portfolio. * Identify and capture new business opportunities. * Retain clients and strengthen long-term commercial relationships. * Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements. * Coordinate with other team members to deliver the best possible service to clients. * Monitor sales activities and objective achievement. * Collaborate with Commercial Management in defining and implementing the commercial strategy. **What are we looking for?** * Sales experience, preferably in the meat or food industry. * Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Availability for occasional travel (approximately 10% of working time). * Valid driver’s license. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed annual gross salary of €32,000.** * **Variable annual gross bonus of up to €10,000**, based on performance objectives. * **Compressed work schedule**: Monday to Friday, **7:00 AM to 3:00 PM**. * Occasional travel (approximately 10% of working time). * Stable position with a tangible career development plan within the company. * Opportunity to advance to **Deputy Commercial Director**, as you demonstrate results and the company continues to grow.
