**Job Description** **The Role** As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Sales and Development of the Victaulic HVAC products and systems with the focus on Iberia. **What you will do** * Promote the Victaulic System for binding application and HVAC solutions. * Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic solutions and system is present in the region, through usage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support. * Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies. * Field demonstrates the proper installation of the Victaulic system * Visit job sites and follow up of installation process of the Victaulic System by the contractor. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic system if required. * Co\-ordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory * Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor and ensure the proper information flow is available and maintained. * Report on weekly basis to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information \& achieve the budgeted sales and results. **About you** * You live in the Madrid region * University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent. * Sales and Technical knowledge acquired through experience (minimum 3\-5 years). * Familiarity with the mechanical application business \- or show the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. * You have commercial feeling and ambition and a customer\-oriented approach. * Strong team oriented behavior, communication skills and professional appearance * Result\-driven \- The ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges. * Required to travel in the whole Iberian territory * Can communicate fluently in English. **What working at Victaulic offers** * Attractive remuneration package with a bonus system. * Your career with us is a journey to success.
