Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by knowing all products offered and collaborating with coworkers to deliver outstanding sales service * Deliver sales, an excellent customer experience, and meet operational expectations * Maintain personal and productivity goals * Build connections with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to align with customer needs * Stay up-to-date on all products and current or upcoming trends and products * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Qualifications: * Zero to three years of retail store experience * Confident in yourself and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a better experience * Motivated to achieve outstanding results through personal enthusiasm for interacting with customers and sports products * Initiates tasks or activities without supervision * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
