At **Thais Comfort Shoe Store**, we are expanding our team and looking for a responsible, empathetic, and motivated individual to join us as a **Sales Assistant / Store Advisor**. Our priority is to deliver outstanding service and help each customer find the ideal footwear that meets their daily needs for comfort and quality. If you enjoy working face-to-face with customers and as part of a team, this is the right place for you! **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Personalized customer service:** Listening to customers’ needs, advising on suitable footwear (sizes, lasts, materials), and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * **Sales and customer loyalty:** Contributing to store targets through attentive and professional service. * **Inventory management:** Receiving goods, organizing the warehouse, and continuously restocking shelves. * **Store maintenance:** Ensuring proper product placement and maintaining a clean, orderly, and attractive store environment for customers. * **Cashier duties:** Handling payments, cash reconciliations, returns, and opening/closing procedures. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service, retail, or public-facing roles (prior experience in shoe stores or retail is a plus). * **Skills:** Proactive, friendly, patient, and strongly service-oriented. * **Organization:** Ability to maintain warehouse order and effectively manage workload during peak hours. * **Availability:** Willingness to work rotating / split / weekend shifts \[adapt as needed]. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** \[Permanent / Temporary with potential for permanency]. * **Working hours:** \[Full-time (40h) / Part-time (20h or 30h) / Weekend coverage]. * **Salary:** According to the Retail Collective Agreement \[plus sales performance incentives]. * **Work environment:** A stable, dynamic workplace supported by a team that will assist you from day one. * **Benefits:** Employee discount on our products. **Are you up for the challenge?** If you believe your profile matches what we’re looking for, don’t hesitate.
