We're looking for you Cherry Host is expanding its commercial team in Madrid and seeking its next **Real Estate Sales Agent** **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** \- Acquiring properties and clients \- yes, including generating your own leads \- Accompanying buyers and tenants throughout the entire process, from the first visit to signing \- Closing sales and rentals smoothly and with strong negotiation skills \- Building and growing your client portfolio month after month \- Supporting the company's commercial development — we have more projects in mind! **What we’re looking for:** * At least 2\-3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus) * Native Spanish speaker and minimum B2 level English \- you’ll work with international clients * Ambition, interpersonal skills, and eagerness to conquer the Madrid market * Ability to sell both in person and over the phone * Strong organization and efficiency! **What we offer:** * Fixed monthly salary of €1,400–€1,700 gross (depending on experience and profile) * Variable bonus of 4%–6% per closed sale * Additional commission for each managed rental * Permanent contract * Continuous training and a genuine growth plan within a young team If selling, closing deals, and growing in the Madrid real estate sector motivates you, this is your place.
