Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners We are looking for a commercial professional for a Spanish technology company specializing in access control systems. The main responsibility is to generate and develop business while building lasting relationships with customers and sector-specific channel partners. You will serve as a key liaison to promote solutions such as video intercoms, CCTV, electronic security, and smart buildings, applying a consultative and technical approach. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers and partners, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with installers, engineering firms, construction companies, developers, and major accounts. A deep understanding of the sector is required to effectively communicate the value of these complex solutions. We seek a proactive individual with a hunter mindset and results orientation. Prior experience in the specification channel and in the aforementioned sectors is essential. A competitive compensation package is offered, comprising a fixed salary plus variable pay tied to performance objectives. The role is primarily based in the Madrid area, with availability for domestic travel. Temporary contract. A proactive (hunter) commercial profile with strong business orientation is required. Experience as a sales professional or specifier, capable of developing technical-consultative business from scratch and establishing long-term relationships within the sector. Experience in the specification channel is mandatory. Proven experience in at least one of the following sectors is indispensable: access control, video intercoms, CCTV, electronic security, or smart buildings. No specific academic qualification is required.
