Responsibilities: * Achieve sales targets and budget goals * Organize and supervise food and beverage service * Ensure service quality, guest service standards, and the team's positive image * Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant, swimming pools, and Room Service, including mise\-en\-place * Manage reservations, beverage restocking, and monthly inventory * Prepare reports and keep area procedures up to date * Train team members and coordinate the annual training plan with Human Resources * Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation processes Competencies and required profile: * Ability to motivate teams * Sales skills * Knowledge of wines or Sommelier studies * Excellent communication and empathy * Adaptability to change **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maitre in an à la carte restaurant within a 5\*-star hotel * High-level English and Spanish (C1\). Intermediate-level (B2) knowledge of other languages such as German or French is considered an asset * Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
