Requirements * Passion for sales and customer service. * Organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude. * Proactivity, optimism, and eagerness to learn. * Experience working with targets and KPIs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (in-person/telephone/cross-selling advice or sales, retail, commercial roles, etc.). * Advanced office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). * Administrative/Back-Office management. * Availability to work at any Bluespace center located in the eastern area of Madrid: Torrejón, San Fernando, La Garena Alcalá, Coslada, Alcalá de Henares, and Ciudad Lineal. * Personal vehicle.
