By integrating with platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Anthropic, and OpenAI through vendor admin APIs, Olumia delivers immediate insights into spending, user activity, and forecasting. The platform automates manual processes, such as ROI analysis, anomaly detection, and unused license identification, empowering enterprises to optimize costs and streamline resource allocation. Our innovative solution transforms complex financial and operational data into actionable intelligence, supporting organizations in maximizing efficiency. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Founding Sales Executive based remote. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to acquire enterprise clients. Responsibilities include managing end\-to\-end sales cycles, identifying and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine go\-to\-market strategies and establish Olumia as a trusted partner for AI code assistant management solutions. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in enterprise sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals * Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with C\-suite and senior leaders * Understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise software, or AI technologies * Ability to analyze client needs and craft customized solutions that align with business objectives * Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to the development of go\-to\-market strategies * Experience working in startups or high\-growth environments is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred * Self\-motivation, adaptability, and a results\-oriented mindset **What you'll do:** * Run outbound to CFOs, COOs, and AI leaders at companies with 1,000\+ engineers * Book and qualify demo calls for the founder * Help refine the messaging based on what's landing in conversations * Build the playbook that scales beyond founder\-led sales **What we're looking for:** * 2\+ years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, ideally selling to finance or engineering leaders * Strong written communication — you'll be drafting and personalizing dozens of messages a week * English fluency required (C1 or higher); most customer conversations and internal documentation are in English * Comfortable in a pre\-revenue startup environment with frequent direction changes * Self\-directed and process\-oriented; founding sales is a craft, not a script **What we offer:** * Founding\-team equity (meaningful, structured for early hires) * Performance\-based commission on closed deals in addition to the base salary. * Remote\-first culture, with yearly in\-person team time within Spain.
