Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible — both individually and through team coordination — for contributing to customer satisfaction and sales development. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Motivating and engaging the team by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating seller availability on the sales floor, fulfilling daily tasks, and consistently upholding Safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service by proactively supporting sales aligned with customer needs to guarantee their satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the Sales Plan for each product category. Maintaining your assigned section by ensuring and coordinating merchandise replenishment and stock reliability through inventories and appropriate demarcation management.
