Reporting to the Central Broker Commercial Management team, the successful candidate will perform the following duties: * Develop and consolidate business presence through the broker network. * Negotiate distribution agreements and protocols with the mediation network. * Serve as the primary point of contact with our partners, representing Helvetia. * Ensure technical and commercial support for the assigned broker network. * Analyze the market to identify business opportunities regarding products, services, and distribution agreements. * Monitor and control performance results within the supervised region. * Train the commercial network on our product portfolio.
