We seek individuals capable of building trust, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses and private customers reduce their energy costs through real, customized solutions. What will you do? * Acquire new individual customers, SMEs, and industrial clients. * Analyze energy-saving opportunities. * Manage and monitor electricity and gas supply contracts. * Retain and expand the customer portfolio. * Collaborate with a specialized technical team that conducts energy audits and provides operational support. We are looking for people who: * Enjoy the commercial world and negotiation. * Are ambitious and wish to grow professionally and financially. * Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset. * Have prior experience in energy marketing, energy consulting, telecommunications, insurance, or consultative sales — valued but not mandatory. * Knowledge of the electricity market, supply contracting, energy efficiency, or electrical installations is advantageous; however, we will also consider motivated candidates eager to learn and develop within this sector.
