Your primary mission will be to break the ice, qualify companies, and schedule high-quality meetings for our closing team. You’ll work with full autonomy, entirely remotely, and manage your own time. If you have strong verbal fluency, resilience in the face of "no", and want to capitalize on the current high demand for digital transformation, we’re looking for you! **Responsibilities** * **Active Prospecting:** Identifying and contacting potential clients (SMEs, freelancers, and enterprises) via databases, professional networks (LinkedIn), and cold calling. * **Lead Qualification:** Assessing whether a company truly needs to improve its digital presence before scheduling a meeting. * **Meeting Scheduling:** Generating client interest and booking a 10\-15 minute meeting on our Closer’s calendar. * **Basic Reporting:** Keeping call logs and contact records up to date. **Requirements** **· Commercial Profile:** Self-employed professional with a clear results orientation. **· Sales Experience:** Prior experience in cold outreach, telesales, or service/technology sectors is desirable. **· Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience. **· Growth Mindset:** Someone who doesn’t settle for the minimum and strives to maximize weekly earnings. · **Freelancer or Self-employed** · **100% Commission-based.** **Why Join WebNova Studio?** * **Attractive Commissions:** You earn a direct percentage of every contract closed as a result of meetings you scheduled.
