1\. About the company Oasis Roots is a Spanish company specializing in the importation, distribution, and marketing of products inspired by Eastern wellness culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Production, packaging, inspection, and export of products are carried out from China, while marketing and market development are managed from Spain. Currently, the company is expanding its sales network in Spain, combining its own online store with offline distribution channels. We are in a growth phase and seek to hire an experienced sales professional with initiative and the ability to develop distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and points of sale in the Spanish market. Responsibilities * Identify and contact distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. * Conduct on-site visits and present the brand and products. * Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements. * Follow up with clients until sale closure. * Maintain and develop client relationships. * Record visits, opportunities, orders, and results. Requirements * Experience in B2B sales or business development. * Strong command of Spanish. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual. * Legal work authorization in Spain. * Experience in natural products, wellness, food, cosmetics, or retail will be valued. Terms * Full-time employment contract. * Two-month probationary period. * Upon successful completion of probation: **€1,500 gross per month plus sales commissions**. * Social Security registration, paid vacation, and conditions compliant with Spanish labor law.
