Main responsibilities include preparing and sending invoices to clients after verifying delivery notes, rates, and contracts; controlling supplier invoices to ensure their accuracy and legal validity; systematically organizing commercial documentation for potential inspections or audits; managing the car fleet; and performing other duties inherent to the position.
