Join our team, where every day presents an opportunity to create and promote unique experiences for our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate service among kitchen, bar, and dining area to reduce waiting times. * Manage reservations, table turnover, and dish dispatch. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols. * Resolve and record incidents and complaints. * Train, evaluate, and motivate the team. * Optimize resources, schedules, and service processes. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues. **Competencies and required profile:** * Ability to motivate teams * Sales skills * Knowledge of wines or Sommelier studies * Excellent communication and empathy * Adaptability to change **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience as 2nd Maître or Section Head in an à la carte restaurant within a 5-star hotel * High-level English and Spanish (C1). Intermediate-level (B2) German or French will be valued. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
